  • At Bee Bright Pediatric Therapy, we have decided to not accept insurance for several important reasons.

We believe that our client’s should come first

We believe that each child and their treatment needs are unique and should not be dictated by the insurance’s criteria. Insurance may place limitations on the type, duration, and frequency of services allowed which may not be in alignment with what your healthcare provider recommends.

    Autonomy

Insurances often dictate if treatment is working and when your child is ready to end services. This is a decision that should be made by you in collaboration with your provider. By not accepting insurances, you and your provider are in control on whether your child’s treatment is working and if/when your child is ready to be done.

    Reducing administrative time and resources

Handling insurance claims, approvals, and denials can be a time and resource consuming process. By not being an in network provider, we are able to focus our time and effort on what we believe is most important: client care, including treatment planning and continued learning for effective interventions.

    Transparency

By not accepting insurance, we are able to be transparent about pricing and payment options. Understanding the costs upfront can alleviate the uncertainty of copayments, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses that may be associated with insurance plans.

In short, our decision to not accept insurance allows us to place our on focus on what we think is most important - providing customized speech therapy tailored your child’s needs.
